I’m sure there’s more than a few of you who recognize that name, hmm?

Pour one out for this poor lady who immediately recognizes the unfortunate regular that Hyde is. All my customer service comrades know the pain of dealing with That One Customer. You know they’re going to demand some weird specific nonsense and throw a fit if they don’t get their way.

Guys, if you are like me and have an idea for a Jekyll & Hyde adaptation, but don’t want to draw, may I urge you to consider the humble podcast. I don’t have much time in my life to actually sit in front of a screen, but I often spend plenty of time cooking or cleaning, so I’ve been in search of more audio-based Jekyll and Hyde stories. One I really liked – but, disclaimer, listened to while I was deliriously sick – was this short dramatization by Anchorage Community Theatre. I liked the acting for Hyde a lot. Otherwise, I’m right in the middle of the 52-episode radio play from 1932. It’s also pretty good? But has made some bizarre decisions (like most adaptations), haha. General warning that it has scenes depicting sexual harassment of minors, animal abuse, suicide, and possibly more. Anyhow, if any of you happen to have audio/podcast style Jekyll and Hyde recommendations… please do share!
