This scene with Lucy very much shows the Bella Charming inspiration in her character. Hyde is pretty scary with the adrenaline-potion mixture pumping through his veins, but Lucy can be scarier >:)

I’m back from my long road trip!! It was… interesting. The actual driving was actually the best part – despite being stuck in a car for so long, I had great fun with my friends, and when it wasn’t my turn to drive, I was actually able to animate a little for fun.

The film festival on the other hand… hoo boy. I was the only one attending for the first time and none of us expected it to be so disorganized. Apparently there was some behind-the-scenes stuff going on, because we encountered a new problem like every hour. Regardless, I got to see my friend @stufffromdan’s film, Lil’ Somethin’ in: Clash with the Cube Demon, on the big screen, which turned out amazing! You can check out his work here – please do so! He’s got an absolutely killer sense of comedic timing that he translates so well into animation.
