If it’s not entirely clear, Utterson chases Jekyll through a few doors to get to the private gardens here. Finally!! A color scheme change! I was getting bored of the same ol’ lighting every page.

I have a recommendation for those of you interested in the gothic-lit adjacent Sherlock stories: a show called Young Sherlock. I just finished the show last week, and it was so fun – I really loved their depiction of Moriarty and – this maybe be somewhat strange to say – Sherlock’s mom. If you like dramatic with a touch of camp, I’d definitely check it out.
