Where I live, autumn has officially reared its head. While I miss summer (all you southern hemisphere people better appreciate my favorite season coming your way), I'm getting in the mood for colder days here. Something about the chilly weather always inspires me, so I’ve been drawing quite a bit. Maybe it's because October is when all the artist prompt lists start? Speaking of, I'm casually participating in a Jekyll and Hyde themed list this year, so you can check that out if it interests you. Hopefully I'll keep up with it, but it depends on how busy my schedule gets.

In other news, I’m taking a local figure drawing class for the first time since I graduated college. It's been nice, especially because half my figure drawing classes back in the day were done during the pandemic, and let me tell you, trying to work from an online model... sort of defeats the entire purpose. Anyways, I'm excited to practice now-- I want to improve my sight-reading of human poses, since I sketch out so many for this comic every week.
